The services provided by Hill's Propane & Gas Services, LLC are limited to connecting customer-owned generators to existing propane tanks, and connecting existing propane tanks to residential and commercial structures. Hill's Propane & Gas Services, LLC does not supply propane, install propane tanks, or assume responsibility for the condition, compliance, or maintenance of customer-owned equipment.

All work performed complies with applicable safety codes and standards; however, the Company makes no guarantees regarding the performance or safety of customer-owned generators, propane tanks, or related equipment. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly installed, maintained, and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

By engaging our services, the customer agrees that Hill's Propane & Gas Services, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

Propane leaks, explosions, or fires.

Generator malfunction or failure.

Improper installation or maintenance of customer-owned equipment.​

The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of propane and generator systems and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hill's Propane & Gas Services, LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims or liabilities resulting from the services provided.
Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide professional services to connect customer-owned generators to existing propane tanks. Services include installation of piping, regulators, and safety checks in compliance with applicable codes.

The Company agrees to provide professional services to connect customer-owned propane tanks to residential or commercial structures.
Customer Responsibilities

Ensure propane tank is installed and compliant with local regulations.

Provide clear and safe access to the generator and propane tank.

Confirm generator is in proper working condition prior to service.

Obtain any required permits for installation.
Safety & Compliance

All work will comply with NFPA 58 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code, local building codes, and fire safety regulations.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if equipment is unsafe or non-compliant.
Fees & Payment

Service fees will be quoted before work begins.

Additional charges may apply for extra materials, unforeseen site conditions, or emergency service.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability & Indemnity

The Company is not responsible for propane supply, tank integrity, or generator performance.

Customer agrees to hold the Company harmless for damages arising from propane leaks, generator malfunction, or improper tank installation.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Warranty

The Company warrants workmanship for 180 days from completion.

No warranty applies to customer-owned equipment or third-party components.
Termination

Either party may cancel prior to work commencement without penalty.

Cancellation after work begins may incur charges for labor and materials.
Insurance

Customer should maintain property and liability insurance covering generator and propane system.
Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other uncontrollable events.
Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where services are performed.
Entire Agreement
-
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or agreements.
